The New And Improved Bathroom

We are finally ready to start sharing some of the rooms that we have completed.  I am excited to show the pictures, but of course it is always hard to get the full grasp of the idea through a picture...I think you'll get the idea though.  Ok, below is the pics we took of our bathroom when we bought the house:

Now, below are the pictures of the new and improved version.  You will notice all the changes in the pictures, but since we worked so hard at making those changes, I'm also going to tell you what we did.  Knowing that we have an entire house to decorate and change, we decided to work with the tile we were given, rather than strip the entire bathroom.   We stripped the gaudy metallic wallpaper and painted it white, added new bathroom lights and knobs for the drawers, new window, shower curtain, and sage colored bathroom rugs and towels to mute the minty green tiles.  Dana added a hanging fern, and my mom and I added the little special touches (wall decor, candles, and vase).
